KRISTEN HANCOCK
Owner & Director of Interior Design
Kristen’s design influences were derived from her father’s home-building business as well as her mother’s artistry and graphic design eye. These design roots inspired her decision to move across the country from St. Louis MO, to attend the nationally and internationally accredited Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University. As an ASU graduate with an Associates Degree in Design Management as well as an Allied Member of The American Society of Interior Design Kristen began her career at Guided Home Design.
Kristen takes great pride in her work and the team she has built at GHD over the past 11 years. Throughout her career, Kristen has earned multiple Design Excellence Awards on behalf of ASID. She executes every project for her clients with passion as she has a deep devotion to achieving excellence in the overall design vision she provides for her clientele. Kristen’s eye for creating visually pleasing spaces both through construction and hardscape materials, as well as furnishings and styling, have all been attributed to her recognition as a highly sought-after designer with a vast demographic of clientele ranging nationwide. She specializes in both residential and commercial design and is confident in her firm’s ability to execute in a variety of diverse styles.
Kristen prides herself in her and her team’s ability to collaborate fluidly with other industry professionals in an effort to effectively achieve the end goal in the most desirable and enjoyable fashion for everyone involved. The positivity and passion in Kristen’s pursuit pave a path for a creative journey, where everyone equally enjoys the process!
MADDIE CULLEN
Design Director
From a young age, Maddie would spend hours re-arranging her parents' furniture and experimenting with textiles. It wasn’t until after graduating ASU with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and working in the field for two years that she had a come-to-Jesus moment and decided to make a career out of her passion, Interior Design.
With now over 8 years of experience in the design industry, Maddie’s high energy, immaculate attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients are her secret recipe for delivering top-notch designs for GHD’s luxury clientele. With a steadfast focus on functionality and staying ahead of the curve with design trends, Maddie’s designs deliver extraordinary style and purpose while expertly sharing each client’s unique story. As Design Director, Maddie enjoys wearing many different hats and is looking forward to helping grow the design team!
When not designing, Maddie dedicates her time to being a mother, spending time with family, traveling, and entertaining.
GIANNA JAMISON
Lead Interior Designer
Gianna has always had an interest in creating and designing. She pursued her passion at Arizona State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Her bachelor’s degree is in Design Studies with a concentration in Design Management. She also received a minor in Food and Nutrition Management along with a certificate in Sales and Marketing Essentials.
Gianna is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Design. Through this professional ASID membership, she continuously furthers her design education to ensure she is offering the latest industry technology and design-driven knowledge to the GHD clientele. Furthermore, Gianna assists in providing clients a comprehensive experience through 3D drawings and renderings produced in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Outside of work, Gianna enjoys travel, exercise, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
LILY QUINTAL
Interior Designer
Originally from San Diego, Lily turned her childhood interest of interior design into reality by pursuing a degree in Design Studies at Arizona State University. Lily graduated Magna Cum Laude with her bachelor's degree and immediately started her full-time career with Guided Home Design.
Lily has been practicing interior design with the firm for two years now, where she communicates with clients through visuals, detailed specifications, scaled hardscapes, and furniture layouts. Her advanced skills in AutoCAD accelerate this communication process.
Lily enjoys being able to explore her creativity daily through different aspects of design and looks forward to continue furthering her relationship with the world of interior design.
CHRISTOPHER FISHER
Design Assistant
As a born and raised Arizonan, living in the Sonoran Desert has been a diverse and clear influence on Chris’s view of design. From an early age, he knew he would be a designer. Just ask his mom about the tubs of legos she still has in her garage to this day… he still plays with them!
With a strong appreciation for design, whether found in nature, cars, fashion or studying architecture and interiors, design has always brought joy and excitement to Chris’s life. His extensive experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality interiors has given him a collective knowledge and eye for style to accomplish unique and custom designs for our clients.
In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, partner, friends, and long-haired dachshund, Rupert. He also loves to enjoy the ever growing food scene in the Valley.
ANGELA WILMERING
Chief Operating Officer
Angela grew up in St. Louis, MO, and graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia where she received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Minor in Business Management. Prior to joining the GHD team, she spent the last 10+ years at a Marketing agency where she progressed from Operations and Project Management to Human Resources. In 2017, she managed the development and logistics of a $1.8 million dollar commercial build-out reigniting her passion for the design and construction industry.
Angela serves in a dual role working with the executive team to plan, implement and manage Financial Operations and Human Resources for Style Me + GHD as well as Purchasing for Guided Home Design. As Purchasing Manager, she works closely with the design team managing the complete start-to-finish purchasing process, and overseeing client accounts and vendor relations.
Outside of work, Angela loves to travel and spends her free time wrangling her three little girls with her husband, Bobby.
MADISON RICHIE
Purchasing Manager / Bookkeeper
Born and raised in Peoria, Arizona, Madison discovered her love for Interior Design at an early age. She has always enjoyed changing and curating her space to match her personality and style, which is why Guided Home Design was the perfect fit. This love turned into a reality when she attended The American Institute of Interior Design after starting her education at the University of Arizona. During her time there, she learned a wide range of skills, from AutoCad, and textures, to creating mood boards for potential clients.
A few short weeks after first starting at StyleMeGHD, she received her certificate for Interior Design, and has now joined the Guided Home team as Interior Design Intern. Madison brings a great asset to our team with her knowledge of the industry, constantly growing with us from starting in our warehouse, and fulfilling customer orders to taking lead as our Warehouse Manager when she was the StyleMe Retail buyer and Merchandiser.
Madison loves the creative space to visualize new displays in our storefront and is excited to see where her career grows here with us. With Madison's love for creative expression, she competitively danced for over 10 years and was crowned Miss Dance of Arizona in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys getting back to her roots and substituting teaching for dance classes, and spending time with family and friends.
SYDNEY KOFRON
Senior Marketing Manager
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Sydney moved to Arizona to pursue degrees in Communications, eSociety, and Information Sciences. Upon graduation, Sydney moved to California to lead the marketing department at a large e-commerce company. As she grew in her career, she eventually became the Senior Marketing Manager of a digital marketing agency, where she began to work with clients in the interior design and home services industry.
With a passion for interior design and marketing, Sydney joined the team at Guided Home Design as Senior Marketing Manager. Currently, she manages the firm’s social media, influencer relationships, SEO strategy, web design, and Google presence. As a marketing manager, Sydney is proud to help tell Guided Home Design’s ongoing story while promoting the firm’s luxury interior design services. She continues to expand her marketing knowledge by frequently studying and implementing new marketing strategies.

FOUNDER & CEO
Kristen founded StyleMeGHD based on the desire to share the products she loves with friends and family as well as other home furniture and decor lovers who appreciate her aesthetic. The interest and engagement she received from her social media audience inspired her to launch the e-commerce platform initially as she saw the opportunity to establish a brand with the ability to distribute the products nationwide.
Furthermore, Kristen recognized the beneficial role a retail store would play in her Interior Design projects. This venture would provide her design team with a stylistic and unique assortment of readily available, essential, and functional accessories for styling Interior Design clients’ homes. She also saw the need for a fresh assortment of home and gift products to be offered in Old Town Scottsdale. This is how the retail brick-and-mortar store was born and is on the path of continuing its growth!
